Tuesday’s Spondy Tip: Foam Roll Once A Day

My Tuesday Spondy Tip is both a challenge to you and a tip….

Set aside 5-10 minutes a day and foam roll a few of your tight or knotted areas….every day for a month.

That’s it.

5-10 minutes a day, once a day for a month and see how you feel.

Make a little mark on your calendar to keep track of your progress and set a daily reminder on your phone to make sure you never miss a session.

Hopefully by now you have stumbled across a few of our articles on foam rolling and understand how adding this simple technique to your exercise and stretching routine can potentially be beneficial for your spondylolisthesis or spondylolysis pain.

If not, make sure to check out some of these articles to catch up.

Foam rolling is not the end all be all of rehabilitation techniques, but it is one that I personally have found to be a helpful tool in my recovery plan.

Anterior Hip Foam Roll

Foam rolling can be a great compliment to your current spondylolisthesis or spondylolysis exercise plan.

My favorite time to do this is during my down time watching T.V. at night. I will grab my foam roller and perform a few rolls during a couple sets of commercials.  Try this and see how you feel.  You might be surprised!

We would love to hear about your favorite foam rolling technique or any foam rolling questions you may have….Comment below to let us know.
